Throughout his career, which included several experiences in finance, business trade, investment strategies, assessment techniques, and business planning, Mr. Saif Sa'ed Al Deen served in key posts in various prestigious companies. He served as Finance Director of Thaffer Investment Group, General Manager of Auto-Excellence Service and Parts company, Financial Consultant of Shuaa Capital Company, and Financial Consultant of Ernst & Young (EY). 

Currently, Mr. Sa'ed Al Deen is the General Manager of KASCO Investment Company, where he oversees family-owned businesses in a diversified range of sectors, including real estate and equity investments and construction material manufacturing. 

Moreover, Mr. Sa'ed Al Deen is a board member of several regional and local companies, including the Jordanian Express Tourist Transportation Company (JETT), Vegetable Oil Industries Company  (VOIC), and Al Mashrek Steel & Metal Manufacturing Company. 

Mr. Sa'ed Al Deen holds a bachelor's in Finance from Kensington University, UK.
