Real Estate Sector

ARKAAN holds a substantial real estate portfolio in key locations across Palestine, enabling it to implement large-scale development projects with strong investment returns. Among its major projects is the Jericho Gate project.

As part of its strategic vision—and in coordination with local and international partners—ARKAAN is currently developing a large-scale real estate project on more than 3 million square meter of owned land in the northern Ramallah area.

ARKAAN’s planning approach is guided by core principles such as optimal land use, sustainable infrastructure, and responsiveness to local market needs.

Jericho Gate

Established in 2011, Jericho Gate was launched to develop a comprehensive real estate project—considered the first of its kind in Palestine in terms of both type and scale. The project is being implemented in cooperation with real estate developers and includes a diverse range of property types, including villas, residential complexes, tourist facilities, commercial spaces, and cultural venues.

A specialized engineering team oversees the project, managing the construction and rehabilitation of infrastructure to fulfill its goals and meet development requirements.
