 A senior real estate executive and architect with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale urban development projects in complex and highly regulated environments.

She serves as CEO of Massar International – Jerusalem, where she leads the development of major mixed-use assets, including the Lana Project, a flagship urban development in East Jerusalem. She leads the full project lifecycle from strategy and permitting through execution, commercialization, and delivery.

Inas has extensive experience operating at the intersection of public and private sectors, engaging authorities, investors, and international partners. She is recognized for her ability to navigate regulatory complexity, align stakeholders, and deliver projects with disciplined execution and long-term value focus.

Prior to her executive role, she held senior positions at leading architectural firms, contributing to major public and private developments.

She holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) and completed executive studies in construction project management.
