Board of Directors

Mr. Ibrahim Natour is the first elected mayor of Rawabi Municipality and has been serving in that post since 2017. Mr. Natour is an architect and city planner; he contributed to planning, designing, and implementing several projects in Palestine, including Rawabi, as he has witnessed its Development since 2010. Mr. Natour has previously worked as a director of the Engineering Contracts Department in Rawabi and head of the Planning and Landscape Department in Ziadah Consultants Office, in addition to developing, designing, and planning various projects in Jerusalem. He further worked on protection and management plans for the old towns of Bethlehem. 

Furthermore, Mr. Natour currently serves as a board member in many companies and institutions, including the Palestinian Shooting Federation, the Joint Service Council for Solid Waste Management in the Governorate of Ramallah and Al-Bireh (JSC), and Jericho Agro-Industrial Park (JAIP). He has obtained many awards and certificates for his work in the fields of architecture, design, and planning, including an award from UNESCO. 

Mr. Natour holds a BA in Architecture from BZU and an MA in urban management and Development from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Barcelona.
